Glienecke er en bydel i byen Ziesar i Landkreis Potsdam-Mittelmark i Brandenburg. Den tidligere selvstændige landsby blev den 1. marts 2002 indlemmet i Ziesar.
Landsbyen Glienecke ligger cirka en kilometer syd for Fiener Bruchs. Gennem landsbyen flyder Strepenbach, som nordvestligt munder ud i Buckau. Lidt før udløbet tager den vandet fra Litzenbach. Gennem Glienecke går statsvejen 93, mens motorvej 2, der ligger en kilometer syd for, passerer byen.
