Den nu evangeliske St. Veits-Kirke ligger i bymidten af Stetten i Remstal, en del af Kernen i Remstal i Rems-Murr-Kreis i Baden-Württemberg. I den direkte nærhed af kirken ligger det evangeliske menighedshus, det gamle rådhus i Stetten og St.-Pierre-Pladsen.
Kirken blev første gang dokumenteret nævnt i 1349. Den blev stiftet som Mariakirke af truchsessen Wilhelm og greven af Stetten. I 1473 blev et 33 meter højt klokketårn tilføjet. I 1488 gav Hans von Stetten kirken et gotisk fløjalter, der aktuelt er udstillet på det württembergske landsmuseum. I samme år indviede herrerne von Stetten kirken til deres familiefred St. Veit. I 1698 blev kirken, undtagen klokketårnet, revet ned af hertuginde enke Magdalena Sybille, hertuginde af Württemberg og regent for hendes umyndige søn Eberhard Ludwig fra 1677 til 1693, og genopført i dobbelt størrelse som tværkirke uden kor, udført af bygmester Matthias Weiß, der allerede 19 år tidligere i hertugens tjeneste havde indbygget en tværgående slotkapel i slot Stetten i Dürnitz.
