Jenisch-Huset er et fredet patriciervilla på kirkepladsen ved St.-Mang-Kirken. Huset med det høje sadeltag ved St.-Mang-Plads 1 ligger direkte op ad det Røde Hus, som også tilhørte familien Jenisch.
Jenisch-Huset stammer fra det 17. århundrede og har fire etager. Huset, som blev købt af Johann Jacob von Jennisch i begyndelsen af det 18. århundrede, blev indvendigt ombygget i 1760. Trappegavlen blev i det 19. århundrede udskiftet med en volutgavl. Fra årene 1959/60 blev Jenisch-Huset helt tømt i forbindelse med renoveringen af byens gamle bydel. Kun facaderne forblev intakte. Under disse bygningsarbejder blev også en portal fra midteraksen flyttet til siden.
