Det tidligere kapucinerkloster i Riedlingen bruges i dag som bybibliotek og byarkiv. Klosterkirken St. Sebastian betragtes som en af de tidligste barokkirker i Oberschwaben.
Klosteret blev opført mellem 1645 og 1655. I oktober 1655 flyttede de første kapucinerpatres ind. De påtog sig primært sjælesørgeriske opgaver i Riedlingen og omegn. Klosterets økonomiske grundlag bestod af donationer og et hostiebageri til de omkringliggende menigheder og klostre.
