Den Øvre Wöhrd er den vestlige af to flodøer i Donau i byområdet i den tyske by Regensburg. Den østlige ø hedder Nedre Wöhrd.
Mellem flodkilometer 2.381,3 og 2.377,8 i Donau ligger de to øer Øvre Wöhrd og Nedre Wöhrd i byområdet i Regensburg. Med et areal på omkring 29 hektar og en længde på cirka 1,95 km er den vestlige af de to Donauøer, Øvre Wöhrd, den større af de to Donauøer.
