Naturreservatet Gandower Schweineweide ligger i området af kommunen Lanz og byen Lenzen i Prignitz-distriktet i Brandenburg.
Området med nummer 1426 blev fredet ved bestemmelse af 20. december 2002. Det cirka 79,4 ha store naturområde strækker sig syd for Gandow, en beboet del af byen Lenzen, og vest for Wustrow, en beboet del af kommunen Lanz, langs Löcknitz, en højre biflod til Elben. På den vestlige og sydlige kant af området løber kommunevejen K 7035, og vestligt og sydligt strømmer Elben og danner grænsen til Niedersachsen. Sydøst for strækker det cirka 999 ha store naturreservat Lenzen-Wustrower Elbniederung sig.
