Findlos er en landsby, der siden det 19. århundrede har været en del af Batten, en nuværende bydel i markkommunen Hilders i Landkreis Fulda i Hessen i Rhön.
Findlos ligger ca. 470 m over havet sydvest for Batten og nordøst for Wickers, lige nord for Bundesstraße 458, der ved Batten munder ud i Bundesstraße 278. Den nedadgående venstre biflod Brandbach, der munder østligt ud i Ulster, passerer under B 458 ved Findlos. I urets retning ligger Hilders mod nord, Batten mod øst, Thaiden mod sydøst, Wickers mod sydvest og den markante Findloser Bjerg på 636 m over havet vest for landsbyen.
