Braken og Harselah er et naturbeskyttelsesområde i byen Harsefeld og kommunen Ahlerstedt i Harsefelds samlede kommune i Stade kommune.
Naturbeskyttelsesområdet med betegnelsen NSG LÜ 175 er cirka 583 hektar stort. Det er næsten fuldstændigt samtidig klassificeret som et Habitatområde „Braken“, der strækker sig over 639 hektar. 95,9 hektar er udpeget som natur-skov. Området har været beskyttet siden 16. september 1989. Den ansvarlige lavere naturbeskyttelsesmyndighed er Stade kommune.
