Station Middelfart er en station i Middelfart i Danmark. Den nuværende station blev åbnet den 14. maj 1935. Tidligere havde stedet allerede et station, som dog ikke længere bliver brugt siden anlæggelsen af jernbanebroen over Lillebælt. Stationen ligger på linjen fra Nyborg til Fredericia. Lige efter broen, på Jylland, deler linjen sig med en afkørsel mod syd mod Kolding og Padborg.
Den nuværende station er den anden station i Middelfart. Den første lå på den gamle rute af jernbanelinjen Nyborg - Fredericia mod Strib og blev lukket i 1935, da broen over Lillebælt blev taget i brug. Den første station i Middelfart eksisterer stadig.
