Nybrogade 20 er et kanalhus fra det 18. århundrede, der har udsigt over Slotsholmens Kanal og Slotsholmen i centrum af København, Danmark. Det blev registreret i den danske liste over beskyttede bygninger og steder i 1945. Ejendommen blev i 1689 ejet af skipper Hans Larsens arvinger. Den nuværende bygning blev opført i 1731 for prammænd Ole Hansen. Ejendommen var i 1756 som nr. 18 stadig ejet af ham. I det nye kataster fra 1806 blev den igen registreret som nr. 18 og var på det tidspunkt blevet erhvervet af købmand Simon Hechscher.
