Lladó er en spansk kommune i provinsen Girona i regionen Alto Ampurdán, Catalonien.
Dokumenteret siden år 977, da greven biskop Miró II af Besalú donerede nogle jorde fra termen Lucduno til klosteret San Pedro de Besalú. I dens område er der fundet rester fra den romerske tid, af keramiske fragmenter og rester af villaer.
