Miranda de Ebro er en kommune og by i Spanien, beliggende i den nordlige del af landet, tilhørende provinsen Burgos i den autonome region Castilla og León. Den ligger i området Valle del Ebro, nordøst for provinsen, tæt på grænsen til Álava og La Rioja. Byen har en befolkning på 35.528 indbyggere og er den næststørste by i provinsen efter hovedstaden.
