San Javier er en kommune i den spanske provins og region Murcia med et areal på 75 km². San Javier har 31.782 indbyggere. Oprindelsen af San Javier går tilbage til det syttende århundrede, da der blev bygget en kapel dedikeret til St. Frans Xaverius, og dette på det kryds, hvor forskellige kystveje mødtes.
