Katedralen San Pedro de Jaca eller Seo de San Pedro de Jaca, hovedsæde for bispedømmet Jaca, er en af de mest karakteristiske og ældste romanske bygninger i Spanien. Den begyndte at blive bygget næsten samtidig med den i Santiago de Compostela i den sidste del af det 11. århundrede på initiativ af kong Sancho Ramírez, der, i forbindelse med sin rejse til Rom i 1068, havde lagt sit rige under pavens vasalage, på det tidspunkt Alexander II. Af denne grund gav paven ham bispesædet i Jaca som religiøst og politisk hovedsæde for sit spirende rige.
