Lena er en kommune i Fyrstendømmet Asturien. Den grænser mod nord til kommunen Mieres, mod syd til provinsen León, mod øst til kommunen Aller og mod vest til kommunerne Riosa og Quirós. Den har en befolkning på 11.278 indbyggere. Hovedstaden Pola de Lena, med 8.682 indbyggere, er det største befolkningscenter i kommunen og det tolvte i Fyrstendømmet Asturien.
