La Serra d'Almos er en landsby i kommunen Tivissa, i den catalanske comarca Ribera d'Ebre. Befolkningen tæller 242 indbyggere.
Det dannede en kommune ved at skille sig ud fra Tivissa i 1787, og det blev igen optaget i 1940. Siden da har en stor del af befolkningen vist et stort ønske om at skille sig ud fra Tivissa, hvilket har affødt forskellige frugtesløse forsøg på at opnå politisk anerkendelse af La Serra d'Almos som en uafhængig kommune. Den 30. september 2009 godkendte kommunen Tivissa sagen til oprettelse af den decentraliserede kommunale enhed La Serra d'Almos.
