Saint-Avit-Sénieur er en fransk kommune i departementet Dordogne i regionen Nouvelle-Aquitaine. Landsbyen udviklede sig i beskyttelsen af den befæstede kloster, klart efter dens grundlæggelse, og har 418 indbyggere. Saint-Avit-Sénieur ligger i bakkerne syd for Dordogne cirka 35 kilometer øst for Bergerac, cirka 50 kilometer vest for Sarlat-la-Canéda, i landskabet Périgord. Cirka 50 kilometer vest for stedet går Via Lemovicensis ved Sainte-Foy-la-Grande over Dordogne. Det var en af de fire hovedruter på pilgrimsvejen til Santiago de Compostela.
