Condé-sur-Huisne er en by og en delegere kommune i den franske kommune Sablons sur Huisne med 1.282 indbyggere i departementet Orne i regionen Normandiet. Indbyggerne kaldes Condéens. Med virkning fra 1. januar 2016 blev de tidligere kommuner Condé-sur-Huisne, Condeau og Coulonges-les-Sablons fusioneret til en ny kommune med navnet Sablons sur Huisne og har i den nye kommune status som en delegere kommune. Kommunesædet ligger i byen Condé-sur-Huisne. Kommunen Condé-sur-Huisne tilhørte arrondissementet Mortagne-au-Perche og kantonen Bretoncelles.
