Cahors [ˈkaɔʁ] er en fransk by i regionen Okzitanien. Byen er sæde for administrationen af departementet Lot. Den 19.937 indbyggere tællende by er desuden hovedby i arrondissementet Cahors. Dens indbyggere kalder sig Cadurciens. Cahors har især betydning som administrationshovedstad og er kendt for det samme navn vinområde. Byen ligger ved den lange vandresti GR 65, som i vid udstrækning følger den historiske rute for den franske pilgrimsvej Via Podiensis.
