Les Salles-sur-Verdon er en kommune i det franske departement Var og har 202 indbyggere. Stedet er en del af arrondissementet Brignoles.
Det nuværende Les Salles-sur-Verdon har kun eksisteret siden 1973. Årsagen til dette er, at der i det år blev anlagt reservoiret Lac de Sainte-Croix. Les Salles lå på det tidspunkt stadig i dalen, men blev komplet flyttet til et andet sted, cirka 400 meter væk. På den sidste dag blev de sidste 4 ton frugter og andre varer sendt til markedet i Riez for at blive solgt der.
