Mandelieu-la-Napoule er en fransk kommune, der ligger i departementet Alpes-Maritimes i regionen Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur. Navnet på kommunen stammer fra fusionen mellem kommunerne Mandelieu og La Napoule i 1836.
Mandelieu-la-Napoule ligger i regionen Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur i den sydvestlige del af departementet Alpes-Maritimes, ved kanten af bugten ved Cannes, mellem Théoule-sur-Mer mod syd, Saint-Raphaël, Fréjus og Tanneron mod vest, Pégomas og La Roquette-sur-Siagne mod nord og Cannes mod øst. Kommunen er en del af agglomerationen Pays de Lérins, af arrondissementet Grasse, af den ottende valgkreds i Alpes-Maritimes og af kantonen Mandelieu-Cannes-Vest.
