Dette er en kilometer markering (Borne) af 'Voie de la Liberté', konstrueret i 1948 som et varigt minde om befrielsen af Europa. Ruten forbinder Normandiet med Battle of the Bulge ved Bastogne. Den samlede rute findes på Routeyou, som en motorvej kaldet 'Voie de la Liberté' og som en cykelrute med forlængelse til Nederlandene (Wageningen) i ti dele kaldet VDLAV (voie de la Liberté à vélo).
