Matlock Town Football Club er en fodboldklub baseret i Matlock, Derbyshire, England. Kaldet 'Gladiatorerne', de er i øjeblikket medlemmer af Northern Premier League Premier Division og spiller på Causeway Lane.
Klubben blev grundlagt i 1878 som Matlock Football Club. De begyndte at deltage i FA Cup'en i 1885, men vandt ikke en kamp i konkurrencen før 1890. I det år var klubben stiftende medlemmer af Derbyshire Senior League og gik videre til at vinde titlen i ligaens første sæson. Efter at have vundet ligaen igen den følgende sæson, sluttede de sig til Midland Amateur Alliance i 1892. Dog blev ligaen opløst ved slutningen af sæsonen 1892–93, og Matlock returnerede til Derbyshire Senior League. De sluttede som sidste klub i ligaen i 1897–98.
