Cowden () er en lille landsby og sogn i Sevenoaks District i Kent, England. Sognet ligger på de nordlige skråninger af Weald, sydvest for Tonbridge. Den gamle High Street har Grade II listede cottages og landsbyhuse, og der er en kro kaldet The Fountain. Ved folketællingen i 2011 var befolkningen i landsbyen 818.
Romerne byggede London til Lewes Way over det, der nu er haven til Waystrode Manor. De første ejere af godset modtog det fra kong John i 1208.
