Denne tur starter i Rhayader. Den første del går gennem Elan Village gennem Elan Valley. Undervejs vil du passere Caban-coch Reservoir, Garreg-ddu Reservoir, Penygarreg Reservoir og Cronfa Ddwr Craig Goch. Ruten fortsætter langs dalen af Afon Rheidol til kystbyen Aberystwyth. Undervejs vil du passere de imponerende Devil's Bridge Falls. Den sidste del af ruten går via Ponterwyd og Llangurig tilbage til Rhayader.
