Pindus er en bjergkæde beliggende i Nordgrækenland og Sydalbanien. Den er cirka 160 km lang, med en maksimal højde på 2.637 meter. Fordi den løber langs grænsen mellem Thessalien og Epirus, er Pindus-kæden populært kendt som Grækenlands rygsøjle. Bjergkæden strækker sig fra nær den græsk-albanske grænse i det sydlige Albanien, ind i Epirus- og Makedonien-regionerne i nordlige Grækenland ned til nord for Peloponnes. Geologisk er det en forlængelse af Dinariske Alper, som dominerer den vestlige region af Balkanhalvøen.
