Det ligger på pendleruterne fra Dublin til Maynooth og fra Dublin Docklands til M3 Parkway stationen.
Stationen blev åbnet den 2. juli 1990, sammen med Broombridge, Castleknock og Leixlip Confey. Ligesom de sidste tre af disse stationer gennemgik den et opgraderingsprojekt i 2000, som førte til, at portacabin billetkontoret blev erstattet af en permanent station bygning, og perronerne blev forlænget. Billetkontoret har åbent fra 06:30 til 13:00, mandag til fredag. Det er lukket lørdag og søndag.
