Drumcondra Hospital var et frivilligt hospital på Whitworth Road i Dublin, Irland. Det blev en annex til Rotunda Hospital i 1970.
En dispensar blev anlagt på Cole's Lane for at betjene de fattige i sognene på den nordlige side af Dublin på tidspunktet for grundlæggelsen af sognene St. George i 1793. Dette viste sig at være utilstrækkeligt til det stigende antal tilfælde. Et par år senere, kort efter etableringen af Cork Street Fever Hospital på den sydlige side af Dublin, blev en sygehus, St. George's Fever Hospital, åbnet i Lower Dorset Street.
