Barolo er en italiensk kommune med 680 indbyggere i provinsen Cuneo i regionen Piemonte. Her dyrkes den navngivne rødvin. Inden for kommunen er Cannubi-højen et af de mest kendte vinområder; her er der blevet dyrket Nebbiolo-druer siden romertiden. Barolo er bærer af Bandiera Arancione fra Touring Club Italiano.
