Brescello er en kommune i provinsen Reggio Emilia i den italienske region Emilia-Romagna, beliggende cirka 80 kilometer nordvest for Bologna og cirka 25 kilometer nordvest for Reggio Emilia. Pr. 31. december 2016 havde den en befolkning på 5.621.
Beliggende på den nordvestlige side af provinsen tæt på grænserne til provinserne Parma og Mantua, ligger Brescello på den sydlige bred af floden Po, nær sammenløbet med Enza. Kommunen grænser op til Boretto, Gattatico, Mezzani, Poviglio, Sorbolo og Viadana.
