Cervo er en lille, gammel by og kommune, bygget på toppen af en bakke langs den italienske Riviera i provinsen Imperia. Den har cirka 1.200 indbyggere.
Bosættelsen begyndte som en romersk herregård langs Via Julia Augusta. Langsomt udvidende blev den i middelalderen et len for Clavesana-markisen, som var en undergang af Republikken Genova, som Cervo altid havde været tro. Den nuværende karakter af Cervo stammer fra denne tid: 1600-tals tårne og volde beskytter stadig landsbyen.
