Provinsen Udine var fra 1866 til 22. april 2018 en italiensk provins i regionen Friuli-Venezia Giulia. Den havde 529.381 indbyggere i 134 kommuner på et areal af 4969,30 km². Hovedstaden var Udine.
Provinsen, som var den største i regionen, grænsede mod nord til Østrig, mod øst til Slovenien og provinsen Gorizia, mod vest til provinsen Pordenone og Veneto. Talrige floder, der udspringer i Alperne og strømmer sydpå ud i Adriaterhavet, gennemstrømmer området af den tidligere provins. Den største af dem er Tagliamento, der er 178 km lang, og som danner den vestlige grænse for den tidligere provins.
