Klosteret San Lorenzo Maggiore er et af de monumentale klostre i Napoli, der ligger ved siden af basilikaen med samme navn i byens historiske centrum.
Det nuværende kloster fra det 18. århundrede repræsenterer den sidste ændring af den oprindelige gotiske konstruktion, der blev bygget i det 14. århundrede og som i 1344 husede Petrarca.
