Santa Maria presso San Satiro er en kirke i Milano. Den italienske renæssancestruktur huser det tidlige middelalderlige helligdom til Satyrus, bror til Sankt Ambrosius. Kirken er kendt for sin falske apsis, et tidligt eksempel på trompe l'œil, tilskrevet Donato Bramante.
Kirken ligger på stedet for et primitivt tilbedelsessted, som blev rejst af ærkebiskop Anspertus i 879, viet til Sankt Satyrus, bekenderen og bror til Sankt Ambrosius og Sankt Marcellina. Den nuværende kirke blev derimod bygget fra 1472 til 1482 under kommando fra hertuginde Bona di Savoia og hertug Gian Galeazzo Sforza. Ifølge nogle kilder var designeren Donato Bramante, som for nylig var flyttet fra Marche. Imidlertid beviser nyere dokumenter, at Bramante havde en mindre rolle, idet det meste af arbejdet kan tilskrives Giovanni Antonio Amadeo, som designede facaden. Det er sikkert, at Bramante er ansvarlig for sakristiets perspektiv. Ifølge kilder, der tilskriver hele kapellet til Bramante, inkluderede Agostino de Fondulis et terrakottabust af arkitekten.
