Fortezza del Varignano, også kendt som Forte del Varignano, er en fæstnings- og kaserneanlæg nær La Spezia i Italien. Det er sæde for den italienske marines specialenhed COMSUBIN.
Anlægget ligger ved byen Le Grazie, i kommunen Porto Venere, på den eponyme halvø, der afgrænser Golfen ved La Spezia mod sydvest. Det ligger derfor på et strategisk vigtigt sted, der kontrollerer indgangen til golfen og dermed adgangen til marineskibet La Spezia.
