Ausa er en mindre flod, der er ca. 17 kilometer lang, og som krydser en del af det nordlige San Marino og Emilia-Romagna i Italien. Kilden til floden er Monte Titano i det centrale San Marino. Floden løber nordøst forbi Serravalle og krydser grænsen ind i den italienske provins Rimini tæt på Dogana. Floden fortsætter med at flyde nordøst og ledes gennem kloakrender i Rimini, før den munder ud i Marecchia. Den indeholder det laveste punkt i San Marino, på 55 meter over havets overflade, ved det punkt, hvor den forlader landet.
