Bagnella er en del af Omegna, bestående af to beboelsesområder: Bagnella selv og Erbera. Det ligger ved udløbet af Fiumetta-bækken, nær Orta-søen.
I landsbyen er der to kirker: en ældre, helliget til San Bernardino, og en moderne, kirken Sainte Croix. I maj måned er Bagnella centrum for festlighederne for San Bernardino. Sidste dag i måneden finder derimod processionen med Madonna af søen sted, som gennemfører hele landsbyen op til kirken Sainte Croix.
