Det Gamle Kaunas Hertugpalads er et bygningskompleks i Kaunas Gamle By, på hjørnet af Aleksoto- og Muitinėsgaderne. Det var et psykiatrisk hospital, men ejes nu af Kaunas Akademi for Kunst.
Paladset, som var ruineret og genopbygget flere gange på grund af krige, stammer fra det 15. århundrede. Ifølge forskellige historiske kilder var paladset et franciskanerkloster, en powiat-domstol, et købmandshus og hovedkvarter for byens brandmænd. I det 16. århundrede blev paladset brugt som bolig for en storhertug. Ifølge L. Potockis blev paladset i det 16. århundrede brugt af litauiske og polske statsoverhoveder, mens de besøgte Kaunas, på grund af oversvømmelser ved Kaunas Slot.
