Utrechtse Heuvelrug er en sandryg i landskabet af de nederlandske provinser Utrecht og Nord-Holland mellem randvande i nordvest og Rhinen i sydøst. Konturerne af den lange højderyg, der strækker sig fra Huizen til Rhenen, tegner sig klart overalt. Utrechtse Heuvelrug har flere 'toppe' over 50 meter. Det højeste punkt er Amerongse Berg med 69,2 meter over havets overflade. Det sydligste punkt er Grebbeberg.
