Heibloem er en kirke by i kommunen Leudal, i den Nederlandse provins Limburg. Det er en af de 16 kerner i kommunen Leudal. Heibloem ligger nord for Roggel og er omgivet af naturområdet "De Waterbloem". Indtil 2007 var Heibloem en del af kommunen Roggel og Neer. Heibloem er en relativt ung kirke by, der opstod kort efter Anden Verdenskrig. Klostrene i Heibloem og Stokershorst, som ikke længere eksisterer, udgjorde i de foregående århundreder en vigtig grund til oprettelsen af landsbyen Heibloem.
