Balgoij eller Balgoy er en landsby i kommunen Wijchen i den hollandske provins Gelderland. Den 1. januar 2021 havde Balgoij 725 indbyggere. Indtil 1. maj 1923 udgjorde Balgoij sammen med landsbyen Keent kommunen Balgoij. I 1923 blev kommunen indlemmet i Overasselt. Keent blev adskilt ved kanaliseringsarbejdet af Maas i 1937 og blev i 1958 endeligt indlemmet i den brabantske Ravenstein. Efter en folkeafstemning i 1977 tog et flertal i landsbyen stilling for at tilslutte sig kommunen Wijchen, hvilket skete i 1980.
