Graauw er en landsby i kommunen Hulst i den nederlandske provins Zeeland, beliggende i Zeeuws-Vlaanderen. Landsbyen havde 940 indbyggere den 1. januar 2021. Allerede i det 13. århundrede tilhørte sognene det tidligere Graauw Cisterciensersamfundet i Ter Doest, og senere Abbediet Ten Duinen. Ved landsbyen lå en uihof fra disse klostre. Området blev oversvømmet flere gange, og især som følge af oversvømmelsen i 1585 gik det gamle Graauw tabt.
