Station Holten er en af de to stationer i den Overijsselske kommune Rijssen-Holten. Det ligger i Holten ved jernbanelinjen Deventer - Almelo og blev åbnet den 1. september 1888.
Stationsbygningen er en standardtype KNLS 2. klasse. KNLS havde tre typer standardstationer, designet af K.H. van Brederode. Bygningerne blev opført langs de jernbanelinjer, som selskabet anlagde fra Apeldoorn mod Zwolle, Dieren og Almelo i 1880'erne. I begyndelsen af det 20. århundrede fik bygningen en ekstra halv etage og en godshed. Stationsbygningen er i denne tilstand, som en af de få KNLS-stationer, bevaret.
