Tafelbergheden er et højtliggende hedeområde mellem Huizen og Laren på cirka 74 ha, der er beliggende i kommunen Huizen. Den sydlige kant af heden ligger i kommunen Blaricum. Området er under forvaltning af Goois Naturreservat. Mod syd, på den anden side af Oude Naarderweg, går Tafelbergerheide over i Blaricummerheide.
