Groenestraat er en gade i centrum af den nederlandske by Kampen. Groenestraat strækker sig fra Kalvenhekkenweg til Cellebroedersweg. Sidegader til Groenestraat er Broederweg, Dijkstraat, Spuistraat og Hanensteeg. Groenestraat er cirka 520 meter lang.
Groenestraat er en århundreder gammel gade i Kampen. Der står flere monumentale bygninger, herunder - på hjørnet af Groeneweg og Broederstraat - den tidligere Sankt Annakapel, som nu bruges som den Voodske kirke. Også Museum De Stadsboerderij ligger i denne gade.
