Winschoterdiep, tidligere kendt som Stadsdiep, Heerendiep, Trekdiep eller Schuitendiep, er kanalen, der løber fra Groningen, fra tilslutningen til Eemskanaal, til Winschoten, hvor det deler sig i Rensel, den sidste strækning til Winschoten, og tilslutningen til Pekel A. Winschoterdiep er fortsættelsen af Schuitendiep, der omkring 1400 blev gravet fra Groningen til Foxhol. Navnet Winschoterdiep blev først almindeligt omkring 1840.
