Gelkingestraat er en gade i Groningen. Gaden strækker sig fra Grote Markt til Gedempte Zuiderdiep. Af de gader, der begynder på sydsiden af Grote Markt, er Gelkingestraat den roligste. I modsætning til Herestraat og Oosterstraat er Gelkingestraat ikke en hovedbutiksgade.
Gaden er opkaldt efter Gelkingerne, en meget indflydelsesrig familie i byen i den tidlige middelalder. Sandsynligvis stod familiefarens hus fra denne slægt ved Grote Markt på hjørnet af det, der nu er Gelkingestraat.
