Formodentlig har dette kors tidligere stået langs Bulkembroekvej. Det er et minde- eller ulykkeskors og minder om en dødelig ulykke med en høstmaskine omkring 1930. Gården blev dengang beboet af borgmesterfamilien Hoebiers. Et af medlemmerne af denne familie blev grebet af drivremmen fra høstmaskinen og overlevede ikke.
