Slot Zeist er et slot fra det 17. århundrede i den nederlandske kommune Zeist, der blev bygget som et lysthus for Willem Adriaan van Nassau. Slottet er designet af arkitekt Jacobus Roman. Slottet er omkranset af en engelsk landskabspark og Broder- og Søsterpladsen.
Det område, hvor slottet er bygget, blev i 1165 nævnt som ejendom til en Godefridus van Seyst, uden nævning af et hus. I 1536 nævnes der dog byggeri, da "det hus i Seyst, frit eget gods" anerkendes af Staten i Utrecht som en ridderhofstad.
