Wimmenumer mølle er en poldermølle i polderområdet ved Wimmenum nær den hollandske landsby Egmond aan den Hoef. I 1774 blev denne mølle bygget til dræning af Wimmenumer polder som erstatning for en vippe mølle, der blev ødelagt af en storm året før.
Polderen blev fra omkring midten af det 16. århundrede drænet af den nævnte vippe mølle. Møllen var i drift indtil 1951, hvorefter dræningen blev overtaget af et nærliggende elektrisk pumpelatur.
